Yarrow may reduce fever, promote sweating, ease colds and seasonal hay fever. May be healing for cuts and bruises. Aids loss of appetite, digestive discomfort and over active bowel. Anti-inflammatory.
DIRECTIONS Use 1 teaspoon of dried herb to 1 cup of boiled water. Steep for 10 minutes then strain. If too bitter, make weaker or add a small amount honey. Half dose for children. Yarrow has a sedative effect so 1 cup may aid restful sleep. 3 cups daily maximum.
